Cumari do Pará chili peppers in vinegar brine, 75g jar with 30g drained weight. These are small, round peppers with a high heat level and a fruity aroma, widely used in the cuisine of Northern Brazil. Mash one or two on your plate or leave the jar on the table: they go well with beans, fish, roasted meat, tacacá, and farofa—and the pickling vinegar works great as a seasoning, too.
