Delivery area
We deliver exclusively within Germany.
Our goods are stored in Berlin, Germany. Casa Brasil GmbH processes and ships orders from Husemannstraße 29, 10435 Berlin, Germany. Our shipping partner is DHL.
Shipping costs
Shipping is carried out by DHL. Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order:

We offer free shipping for orders with a value of 69 € or more.
The minimum order value is 20 € and applies to all orders, including orders for in-store pickup. Orders containing at least one frozen product are available for in-store pickup only. The maximum weight is 10 kg per order.
Shipping and delivery times
We generally ship your order within 1 business day after receiving it. Delivery thereafter generally takes 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with DHL tracking information.

Your order is generally ready for pickup within 1 business day; you will receive a notification as soon as it is ready. Opening hours: Monday-Friday 12:00-19:00, Saturday 12:00-18:00.
