Delivery area
We deliver exclusively within Germany.
Shipping costs
Orders are shipped with DHL. Shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight of your order:

Orders with a value of 99 € or more are delivered free of charge.
The minimum order value is 35 €. The maximum order weight is 10 kg per order.
Dispatch schedule and delivery time
We dispatch orders twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days after receipt of the order. After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation with DHL tracking information.

Your order is usually ready for collection within 1 business day; you will receive a notification as soon as it is ready. Opening hours: Monday-Friday, 12:00-19:00, and Saturday, 12:00-18:00.
